Friendly staff and delicious ice cream! Lemon was my favorite, but the chocolate Coconut wasn’t far behind. Strachatella and cookie were delicious too! Right on the beach for easy snacks, or open late for after dinner desserts!

Waffles are only made when ordered, meaning you will never get a waffle that has been lying around for 30 minutes (or more). Tasty and always freshly made - exactly how it should be! We like coming here.

I’ve tried several other ice creams in Nieuwpoort, but Paulina has the best !! My favorites are Rum Raisins & Speculoos (biscoff]. Truly THE BEST! The portions are also very good. My place to go to for an ice cream or a waffle
