Very lovely field and park! I love coming to sit in the field on a hot summer day/evening to relax.

My only complaint would be that the grass isn’t in the best condition and that there can be a lot of dandelions. But regardless, I love this field.

Nice big park with field. Getting up their in age but retro isn't a bad thing. It is showing some age with paint wearing off but plenty to do. Lots of space in the field with an ice cream store across the street from it.

Just be aware that their was this lady one time who could live in the area but not 100 percent sure. It happened in the beginning of spring 2022 when me and my friend where minding our own business when he started expressing his opinion about an feature at the park but not harming anyone. Quick backstory, my friend has autism and is clearly visible that he has autism. This rude lady starts walking over from the other side of the park and starts intervening and tells me "are you proud of what your friend just did?" And thats where it ended. So just watch out for this idiot who could return and thank you for letting me put my anger out here.

So to summaries, nice area to relax or play in and watch out for a rude lady with 2 toddlers that could be in the area.

A great little play park and large field for families and dogs to enjoy. There is a nice clear paved path way around most of the park for anyone needing a wheelchair or walker or wishing to rollerblade or bike.Only thing missing is some shade by the benches. Don't forget to check out the ice cream shop and Garrisons Pub across the field.

A great little park with an all ages playground. There is a great walking path through the park and around the playground itself. If walking is not your thing or you need to keep an eye on your kids then there are a number of benches to sit on to relax and enjoy your time.

For older kids there is a large open field that is perfect for playing Frisbee or soccer ⚽️. With houses on both sides backing onto the park there is little wind to blow you and your stuff around.

After having a fun and active time here it is a mere few steps across the street to get to thw My Favourite Ice-cream Shop to reward yourself for being so active! Lol 😆

No need to book, just go on down and enjoy the park.

Tremendous amounts of green space! You could play an amateur soccer game there if you wanted to. Large playground and plenty of places for the parents to sit too. In the winter, the city creates a small ice rink as well.

Now, technically, the greenspace is a storm water overflow basin. So in the spring/thawing season the field does get soggy. The playground and paths are all on high ground and never get flooded though.

Pleasent green space nestled in Garrison Woods. Appropriate for toddlers to pre teens. The gentle rolling knolls are great for biking, Mountain biking or tabogganing.

Nice park, very clean and well-kept. A great place to go to after you've grabbed an ice cream at Village.
